With a bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University and 10 years experience in the sales & marketing field, she is dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. Kristen Pell has been married for 9 years and loves living the Southwest Florida lifestyle with her husband, Matt. Living in paradise affords them outdoor living all year long. She enjoys being active in the community and is a board member of The Christian Chamber as well as a "Certified Pro" with Quality Service Pros. She has completed The Growth Coach's Strategic Mindset Process 3 Year Program. Kristen and her husband volunteer at local hospitals and nursing homes with their Certified Therapy Dog, "Raleigh."
Kristen is always learning and coaching her team members on The Pell Team. Her ultimate goal is to educate the public on the real estate process, which is why she created an educational blog that offers new daily posts Monday through Friday. She not only is not only successful in getting you the results but she communicates her expertise to you, the client, that assures you the comfort with each step of the process. She not only has the expertise in the current market for both price and the supply demand implications that make up the price. Kristen listens to you for your input and will incorporate your opinions in decisions. The results she provided to me was garnering the top of the market price with a sales process that happened quickly, in only days. All this with a smile and personality, too!

We recently moved from out of state to Fort Myers,Florida. in the process I didn’t know where to begin with finding a GREAT realtor. My son who has lived in Fort Myers for many years told me I needed to use the one and only realtor that he has used for all his personal and business purchases because she is amazing and truly listens to what you want. That person is KRISTEN PELL from Treeline Reality in Fort Myers, Florida.
We came to look at homes and arrived In Florida on a Monday and she had homes for us to look at on Tuesday. She went above and beyond to show us home after home until we found one that made us feel like “this is our home”. It wasn’t just about the sale. Kristen and her team were amazing in leading us and guiding us with any questions we had about things from HOA’s to connecting with our utilities. At no time did we ever feel like we were inconveniencing anyone.
She even went to the extent of after we signed the contract to make sure we were happy with our decision. She cared enough to make sure we purchased a home we really wanted and not just rush to buy because we were only in town for a week.
We are now in our new home, unpacked and loving it. We are so grateful for Kristen Pell of Treeline Reality and her team. If you are looking for an awesome Realtor I 100% recommend her.
