Being a real estate agent specializing in 55+ communities is truly rewarding for me. Teaching 55+ adults about an active lifestyle community and showcasing the array of amenities and diverse home styles is exciting. With 14 years in the real estate realm, 8 of which have been in the Seattle area, I've assisted retirees, families, and investors in finding exceptional homes and negotiating on their behalf. I hold a Managing Broker License and also hold a Real Estate license in California. The options in the greater Seattle area are fantastic! Talking to both residents and community employees provides a firsthand account of life in the community. My wife and I love to explore all the great hiking trails right outside our door. We live in Redmond, which is a suburb with more of a small town feel. We are just 20 minutes from Seattle when we want to dine or spend the day going to museums and exhibits. Fun fact about me: I traveled as a guitarist with some famous groups before hanging up my guitar and getting into Real Estate.
