- Susan L.(Resident/Homeowner)|October 24, 2013We are far from retirement age but did purchase a home here a couple years ago. It's a very nice, small and private neighborhood and we really like it. The clubhouse is small but comprehensive. It does have a nice gym with good equipment plus a great pool with really nice lounge chairs. We also like the trails. It you want a smaller open-aged neighborhood this would be a great place to look.
