Built between 1990 and 1999, these homes feature mature landscaping, which may include lemon, orange, and grapefruit trees. Attached villas were originally offered in two models, each featuring two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and either a one or two-car garage.

Single-family homes were built in eight floor plans, each including two or three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a one- to two car garage. Homes throughout the community often include appealing features, such as open floor plans, spacious master bedroom suites, and screened lanais.
