There are five models available: Newport, Lakeview, Capri, Monterey, and Saratoga.

These homes are very reasonably priced from the low $100s to the mid $100s. There is also a monthly homeowners’ association fee to cover snow removal, lawn care, and common area maintenance, paid to one of two homeowners’ associations: Holiday City Association or Holiday City Organization.

Holiday City at Silverton’s well-appointed clubhouse has a lovely outdoor pool and patio. Inside the clubhouse, residents use the meeting rooms for indoor activities like movies, arts & crafts, and group meetings. Outdoors, the community is home to two shuffleboard courts, miniature golf, and access to scenic lakes.

Homeowners can also take advantage of lifestyle options like exercise classes, bingo nights, and fun holiday get-togethers. The travel club hosts getaways to local casinos, fishing trips, flea markets, and more.

Nearby Attractions

There is plenty to do close to home, but these community members do love being out and about; Toms River is one of the liveliest age-restricted communities in the county. The nearby town center provides just about every type of store you could need, plus a host of casual restaurants. There is bus transportation to and from Holiday City. A new downtown trolley system was also just established, with stops at shopping areas, the town hall, library and more. There are even paddle wheel riverboat dining cruises.  

This is all in addition to the nearby beaches, boardwalks and golf courses. Toms River is also just a short, 90-minute drive from Philadelphia or New York City and 55 miles from the Atlantic City International Airport.
