Holiday City at Silverton was one of the first 55+ active adult communities in Ocean County, and it is as popular now as it was back when it was first launched in 1967. This active, flourishing community of 1,595 homes in located in Toms River. There are five models available: Newport, Lakeview, Capri, Monterey, and Saratoga.
