Terramor is set to be California's newest master planned-community.

Located at the base of the Santa Ana Mountains’ southern slopes near Corona, CA, will be Terramor, a 961-acre master-planned community catering to active adults in a region popular with retirees. Forestar Toscana Development Company, the joint venture in charge of the project, announced that PulteGroup’s Del Webb will begin developing the first two neighborhoods.

The first neighborhood, dubbed Cortina, will feature 55+ homes that range from 1,999 to 2,172 square-feet and will offer up to four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each home also comes with a two-car garage. The second neighborhood, Ardena, will offer homes between 1,579 and 1,865 square feet that go up to three bedrooms and two bathrooms and will also include a two-car garage.

Together, the two neighborhoods will include 240 new 55+ homes. In total, the first phase of Terramor is approved for 1,443 single-family homes with a mix of 55+ and all-ages neighborhoods. Cortina and Ardena are expected to be open by the spring with four more neighborhoods (Sterling, Wilder, Willow, and Terrain) still to be announced.

The community will also include indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, and a 20,000 square-foot clubhouse that will be exclusive to 55+ residents in addition to a recreational club open to all residents. Nestled throughout the community, other amenities will include five miles of trails, 22 acres of parks, and other activity areas.
