Del Webb offers single-family homes in three different floor plans as well. With sizes ranging from 2,026 to 2,310 square feet, Del Webb currently provides the largest homes in the community. They feature spacious great rooms and gourmet kitchens with oversized islands. Each model includes two bedrooms, two or two-and-a-half bathrooms, a two-car garage and the option of a den or third bedroom.
The planned Hacienda clubhouse will be the hub of Gavilan’s social and recreational activities. The facility will be built for the exclusive use of the 55+ community.
