Grand Haven boasts an impressive collection of amenities perfect for supporting an active adult lifestyle.

Nestled in Palm Coast, Florida, Grand Haven is an open-age community with plans for just over 1,900 homes in a variety of styles, sizes, and prices.

Location

Its fabulous location along Florida’s Atlantic Coast puts it within easy distance of beaches, retail centers, and other local attractions. Its proximity to Interstate 95 also makes it easy for residents to travel to other hot spots like Daytona Beach, Orlando, or Jacksonville.

Amenities

Grand Haven may be open to residents of all ages, but active adults will particularly appreciate its resort-style amenities, special-interest clubs, and fitness classes. An impressive collection of community amenities are spread across three spacious clubhouses: the Village Center, the Creekside Athletic Center and the Grand Haven Golf Club.

Village Center

When residents want to gather with friends or mingle with their neighbors, the Village Center provides several inviting social areas. Residents can attend events in the banquet facilities, exercise in the spacious fitness center, or make use of the multipurpose rooms for a variety of activities or club meetings. The grounds surrounding the Village Center also provide a resort-style swimming pool, an open croquet lawn, and courts for both tennis and bocce.

Creekside Athletic Center

The Creekside Athletic Center features its own fitness center, ballroom and croquet lawn as well. Its outdoor swimming area and cabana is a relaxing spot to soak up some sun, while indoor hobby and game rooms can be used in any weather. Athletic residents may also want to make use of the volleyball and basketball courts, or the multi-use ball fields.

Grand Haven Golf Club

Grand Haven residents have the option of purchasing a membership at the Grand Haven Golf Club as well. Resident memberships can either include full access to the clubhouse amenities and limited golf access, or full access to both. The 18-hole golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus, provides challenging play for golfers of any skill level. Additional amenities in the clubhouse include a fitness center, hobby and game rooms, a ballroom, dining areas and a pro shop.

Residences

Homes in Grand Haven encompass many different styles. The first homes were built in 1997 and development is still underway. Upon completion, the community will contain 1,901 residences, including condos, townhomes and single-family homes. Homebuyers who prefer new construction can choose from pre-designed floor plans or use an approved builder for a custom home to meet their needs.

Offering homes through multiple builders provides more variety throughout the community. Builders in Grand Haven include Whitehall Homes, ICI Homes, SeaGate Homes, Skyway Builders, Red Carpet Construction, Olsen Custom Homes, Bellagio Custom Homes and Arthur Rutenburg.

Between the fabulous amenities and the variety of available homes, it’s easy to see why Grand Haven is a popular Coastal Florida retreat.
