Resident memberships can either include full access to the clubhouse amenities and limited golf access, or full access to both. The 18-hole golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus, provides challenging play for golfers of any skill level. Additional amenities in the clubhouse include a fitness center, hobby and game rooms, a ballroom, dining areas and a pro shop.
Homes in Grand Haven encompass many different styles. The first homes were built in 1997 and development is still underway. Upon completion, the community will contain 1,901 residences, including condos, townhomes and single-family homes. Homebuyers who prefer new construction can choose from pre-designed floor plans or use an approved builder for a custom home to meet their needs.
