Last month we found out that Minto Communities USA and Margaritaville Holdings would be holding the highly anticipated grand opening of Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head on Saturday, June 30. Today, we found out a lot more details about the models, home sizes, and most importantly, prices.

Per the announcement, potential buyers will be able to tour nine fully furnished model homes at Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head on June 30 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Festivities running all day include a live band, steel drum entertainment, games, food, and giveaways. Guests will also have the chance to visit the newly opened Lake Latitude Club featuring a resort-style pool, sandy beach area, fitness center, and party room.

Homes

The first phase of Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head will include 203 homes but current plans call for around 3,000 homes upon completion of the entire community.

As for the residences, the model homes will range from three distinct villa and single-family home types. Caribbean, Beach, and Island. All low maintenance homes in Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head feature open, airy designs in order to maximize natural light as well as flow into outdoor living spaces meant for enjoying the mild South Carolina climate. Master suites feature large walk-in closets and raised height vanities in the master bath.

The villa home models, called Antigua, Barbuda, Jamaica, and Nevis, range from 1,558 to 1,862 square feet. Each includes two bedrooms, a den or hobby room, two bathrooms, a covered lanai, and a two-car garage. Prices for these homes start at $243,990.

The five single-family home models, dubbed Coconut, Parrot, Breeze, Aruba, and Trinidad, range between 2,080 and 2,564 square feet and include two to three bedrooms plus den, two to three-and-a-half baths, two- or three-car garages, and a covered lanai. Prices for these residences start at $293,990.
