Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head Opens Clubhouse and Attached Models

Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head is opening an expansive clubhouse and unveiling new floor plans.

As one of the Southeast’s most popular active adult communities, Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head offers its residents everything from a long list of enviable resort-style amenities and a wide variety of floor plans to a low-maintenance lifestyle with a homeowners’ association that takes care of home maintenance. Now, the community is adding attached duplex-style cottage homes to its lineup, and prices start in the low $200s.

In addition to the new floor plans, Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head is opening its newest amenity, an expansive clubhouse. Residents are currently able to tour the new building, while potential homeowners will be able to explore the clubhouse during the grand opening event in March.

Conch Cottages

Bamboo Collection

The Bamboo Collection features 1,204 square feet of living space with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. Homeowners will love the expansive front porch that opens to the home’s living room, exposing an open floor plan that leads to the kitchen and dining room. The large master suite includes a master bath with double sinks and a walk-in closet.

Camellia Collection

The Camellia Collection is slightly larger than the Bamboo Collection with 1,321 square feet of living space. Like Bamboo, it features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a two-car garage, and a covered porch. Additionally, the Camellia has an extra room that can be used as a den or a hobby room.

Dreamsicle Collection

Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head’s Dreamsicle Collection offers 1,378 square feet, and (like the other collections) it offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. There’s also space for a den. Dreamsicle boasts a large front porch that opens into a spacious living room that’s connected to the master suite and flows directly into the kitchen and dining areas, making it an ideal space for entertaining.

Aloha Collection

The largest of the new collections is the Aloha model, which spans 1,466 square feet and features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a two-car garage, a den/hobby room, and a covered porch.

Additional Margaritaville Floor Plans

If you’re looking for something a little different than what the Conch Cottages have to offer, there are plenty of other options to choose from within the community.

The Caribbean Collection offers six villa home models that range from 1,503 to 1,862 square feet with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. Five of the six plans also have dens.

The Beach Collection boasts nine floor plans that vary between 1,684 and 2,392 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two to two-and-a-half bathrooms, a den, and a two-car garage.

The Island Collection is the largest collection in the community with homes that range from 2,310 to 2,564 square feet. These plans offer two to three bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms, a den, and a three-car garage.

Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head

The final plans for this gated and age-restricted neighborhood include a total of 3,000 single-family and attached homes. Along with the community’s desirable location near some of Hilton Head’s most popular beaches and golf courses, Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head has a long list of impressive amenities for residents to enjoy.

Upon completion, the development will include a town center, a 290,000-square-foot retail center, an arts and crafts studio, a pet spa, a ballroom, and a business center. Outdoor amenities include a resort-style pool and poolside bar, a sandy beach area, and a dog park. For residents who want to stay fit and active, there’s a fitness center as well as tennis, pickleball, and bocce courts.
