Four Seasons at Palm Springs – Palm Springs, CA

Low $300s – Mid $400s

With an enviable location only five miles north of Downtown Palm Springs, Four Seasons at Palm Springs blends natural beauty and serene surroundings with a vibrant atmosphere and an active social scene. This gated 55+ community was built from 2006 to 2010, and it’s comprised of 477 single-family homes.

Active adults looking for top-notch amenities with no onsite golf course will appreciate the two sparkling pools, spa, and various sporting courts. Walking and biking trails are woven throughout the community, and there is a myriad of active clubs and hobbyist groups, including line dancing, yoga, crafts, and golf clubs—where members play at nearby golf courses. Indoors, homeowners enjoy a fitness center, computer room, lodge, salon, and cafe, among other amenities. 

Potential homebuyers can choose from seven single-family, ranch-style floor plans that range from 1,900 to over 2,800 square feet. Resale homes are available to purchase, and most offer two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and upscale finishes such as granite countertops, GE appliances, private courtyards, and more. 

Altis – Beaumont, CA

While there are many golf courses in the surrounding area, the Altis community will be golf-course free with many other resort-style amenities to enjoy.

Upon completion, this new community will boast two swimming pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a 16,000-square-foot residents’ club. Guests will have access to a multipurpose great room, an arts and crafts studio, five pickleball courts, outdoor barbecue and lounge areas, and a staggering 22 acres of parks and natural spaces to explore.

A wide range of home models and sizes are available at Altis, ranging from 1,473 to 3,094 square feet with two to four bedrooms and two to three-and-a-half bathrooms. All homes feature attached two-car garages, modern fixtures, and large master suites.

Trilogy® at The Polo Club – Indio, CA

Of the many active adult communities located in the desert city of Indio, only two don’t house golf courses, and Trilogy at Polo Club is one of them. Although there are no age restrictions at Trilogy, there are plans for a 55+ enclave to be built within the larger, non-age-restrictive community.

The 1000 single-family homes being built in this sprawling new-build community will range in size from 1,376 to 2,549 square feet and will offer two to three bedrooms, two or two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two- to three-car garage.

Amenities at this beautiful community include the 25,000-square-foot Polo Club with a fitness center and yoga studio as well as a full-service restaurant, a grab-and-go market, and a game room. Other amenities include three sparkling outdoor pools, three tennis courts, and even a quaint pond as well as an impressive 19 parks.

Four Seasons at Terra Lago – Indio, CA

High $200s – Mid $300s

Another Indio gem, Four Seasons at Terra Lago is a gated 55+ community currently finishing construction, with both new and resale single-family homes for sale. While there’s no golf course on-site, residents have easy access to two nearby 18-hole golf courses as well as plenty of other onsite amenities to enjoy.

As the hub of the community, the 22,000-square-foot clubhouse includes a fitness center, an indoor lap pool, a library, a beauty salon, and multiple billiards rooms. Outdoors, residents enjoy an outdoor pool and spa, horseshoe pits, basketball and bocce ball courts. 

Once construction of the 661 community homes is completed, homebuyers can choose from 1,559 to 2,747 square feet of living space with two to four bedrooms, two to two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two- to three-car garage. Homes come equipped with modern, upscale features such as energy-efficient appliances, recessed LED lighting, and gourmet kitchen islands.

Four Seasons at Beaumont – Beaumont, CA

Four Seasons at Beaumont is a new-construction 55+ gated community nestled up high in the beautiful desert city of Beaumont. At an elevated of 2,400 feet, this community offers residents stunning panoramic views and a 15-degree cooler summer temperature than neighboring Palm Springs, which lies 25 miles east.

With construction beginning in 2005 and continuing to this day, Four Seasons at Beaumont offers affordable homes with luxury finishes. There’s also an onsite restaurant, a fitness center and spa, and a computer center, as well as tennis, basketball, pickleball, and bocce ball courts.
