The condos and attached homes at Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club are spacious and modern. They’re also perfect for downsizing into a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home with fewer than 2,000 square feet. Many of the resale condos and attached villas are reasonably priced and include patios and lanais. Many of the condos are in three-story buildings with elevator access and security. The attached homes offer single-story living and one-car garages.

Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club has no age restrictions and is part of the larger Palmer Ranch community, which is well-known for its diverse amenities and active social calendar. Residents have access to a 20,000-square-foot clubhouse with a private restaurant and an 18-hole championship golf course. There’s also an indoor pool, a fitness center, a pro shop, and courts for tennis, pickleball, and bocce.

Residents get together for bridge, bunco, bingo, and other games. A social committee puts together special events and holiday parties as well as weekly activities. There’s also a spacious clubhouse with meeting rooms and multipurpose space. Outside, homeowners can visit the pool and large patio. In addition to all this, the community is in a desirable location near Interstate 75 and minutes away from malls, grocery stores, and Sarasota’s energetic downtown area. Floor plans range from 1,605 to 2,433 square feet and include attached two-car garages. Buyers will find a lot of available upgrades in the resale properties, which all feature open floor plans and high ceilings.

Water-loving active adults can enjoy the catch-and-release lakes in this community, and the heated outdoor pool has recently been resurfaced and updated.
