Excitement continues to build around Trilogy at Ocala Preserve’s second amenity center - Oak House. With construction underway at Trilogy’s second clubhouse, residents and prospective homebuyers can visit the community to get a glimpse at the progress of Oak House during sneak peek tours every other Friday for a limited time. These exclusive tours offered by Shea Homes will allow people to see the construction progress first-hand while walking through the clubhouse grounds and learning about the rich amenities that will be offered in all of the spaces.
Oak House will be an elegant 15,000 square-foot clubhouse filled with resort-style amenities that will keep retirees relaxed, active, and social all year long. Residents will have plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for recreational activities, hobbies, games, entertainment, and much more. The proposed amenities at Oak House include a concierge, grand living room, private dining, coffee bar, and culinary studio.
Homeowners will never have to travel far for a meal when they can dine in style at the onsite Salted Brick restaurant. Neighbors will be able to mingle in the card and game room, dubbed Eagle’s Nest. They will also be able to indulge at the luxurious Alvea Spa where they can get some rest and relaxation, only a few steps from their home.
Outdoors, residents will have even more recreational spaces and amenities for the ultimate in resort-style living. They can take a dip in the zero-entry swimming pool or enjoy scenic views from the waterfront veranda, which overlooks the community’s serene lake and lush landscape. Physical activity is always within reach, thanks to the 21 miles of walking and biking trails and the tennis, pickleball, and bocce ball courts situated behind Oak House. In addition to these world-class amenities, Trilogy at Ocala Preserve will also offer an 18-hole Tom Lehman-designed golf course that is sure to attract golfers of all skill levels, not to mention more residents to this luxurious community.
While construction is still in progress at Oak House, residents can access the first clubhouse that was finished earlier this year. The Tack House is home to a state-of-the-art fitness center, computer and business center, social spaces, hobby areas, and the Trilogy Marketplace. The Tack House will serve as Trilogy at Ocala Preserve’s social hub until construction of Oak House is completed, which will be the main clubhouse for the community
