About Gillian Rust

I love working with the 55+ buyers! My real estate teacher said that our business is based on solving people’s real estate problems. I believe that’s the mission, to help people to achieve their goals whether it’s downsizing, moving nearer to loved ones or creating a more sustainable future. I’m very aware of the resources offered in the various areas, where the shopping, medical and social options are. I was a social worker prior to becoming a realtor and some of that training as a resource coordinator lends its value to real estate. In terms of my professional experience and credentials, I've been a full-time licensed realtor since 2012, and I hold the SRES designation. Being a lifelong resident of South Jersey, I bring a deep understanding of the local real estate landscape. What makes our local area great for 55+ homebuyers is its continuous growth. We have several newer 55+ neighborhoods that offer excellent amenities, proximity to highways, and easy access to major cities such as Philadelphia, the Jersey Shore, and NYC. For those interested in 55+ communities, my tip is to drive around the areas to see what is close by and, if possible, visit the clubhouses. Talking with people who live in the neighborhood is valuable, as they often enjoy sharing their experiences and insights about where they live. In my spare time I try to stay active by exploring different areas around South Jersey through hiking and biking. It's a great way to enjoy the outdoors and discover new places in the region.
