Golf courses are a highly sought amenity for some 55+ homebuyers, but they’re not on everyone’s wish list. One big reason is green fees. Residents who don’t play the sport don’t want their homeowners’ association dues going to an amenity they’re not using. No golf course also means less noise and traffic throughout a community.

Thanks to the Inland Empire’s excellent selection of age-restricted communities, those who aren’t interested in golf have many options to choose. Take a look at the Inland Empire’s best age-restricted communities that skip on-site golf while offering other great amenities.
