Maravilla is the place to be for 55+. It's quiet and secure with an automatic security gate. We we're told when we inquired about this project about the recreation facilities and the timeline involved. We feel fortunate to have found such a reasonably priced home in this area.
I moved here in December and am very happy with the quality of construction. There IS a gate, contrary to another review and I feel very safe here. The construction crew is NOT the maintenance crew, but when I've had an issue, it's been addressed fairly quickly. For the money, I think this place can't be beat. The clubhouse is not done, but there is a timeline for that, which we are all aware of and agreed to when we bought here. I'm glad I bought here!
Takes 2 to 3 weeks to get response for warranty repairs. Recreation center is not completed, will not be until an additional 40 homes are completed and sold, construction has not started but collecting HOA fees. Suppose to be a gated community, no gate or security.
