New Models Available in Del Webb Naples in Florida

Del Webb Naples has been growing for years. Now, active adults have more models to choose from when moving into the popular community.

Del Webb has been building since 2007 and recognized a need to provide more high quality housing to active adults who want to live close to a major city but far enough outside of it to enjoy peace, nature, and serenity.

The new models are part of the Vista Series, and are ready to be viewed by the public.

Introducing the Seagrove Model

With an open concept design that’s ideal for entertaining, the Seagrove model has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with an extra room that can be used as a den, an office, or a spare sleeping space when visitors are in town. It’s an attached villa with about 1,448 square feet.

Introducing the Cascadia Model

Even larger and more spacious is the Cascadia model, with around 1,602 square feet and two-bedroom, two-bathroom layouts. There is a bonus room or a flex room with this floor plan as well, and the owner’s suite includes a large walk-in closet.

The kitchens feature open spaces, plenty of storage, and the ability for buyers to choose their own finishes when it comes to counters, floors, and appliances.
