Using homebuying data, we gathered together the best-selling Southeast Florida communities in 2019. It looks like condos are the most popular properties to buy, likely for their affordability and easy access to amenities and attractions. Let's take a look at what else made the list.
Below $100k - Mid $200s

The golf course has 18 holes, and there’s a photography studio and a music room as well. Community transit is available for people with errands to run or appointments to keep, and there’s an active social calendar that includes events like painting classes, day trips, and movie nights. Also, Deerfield Beach has a dramatic fishing pier and quiet, tranquil beaches.

Condos at Wynmoor Village, a 55+ community in Coconut Creek, are selling fast, and it’s likely due to the Wynmoor Golf Club, which provides residents with a seasonal membership opportunity or the ability to pay as they play. Other community amenities include a woodworking studio, a stone and clay studio, and space for ceramics, stained glass, and painting. The clubhouse also has a fitness center, a business center, and a lecture hall.
Outside, residents can enjoy a resort-style pool, shuffleboard courts, tennis courts, and a walking pool. Dozens of clubs and special interest groups bring neighbors together and provide social and learning opportunities.
Most of the resale condo homes have upgrades such as new floors and appliances, and buyers can choose between 550 and more than 1,250 square feet with one to three bedrooms and one to two-and-a-half bathrooms. High $200s - Mid $400s

Boynton Beach is well-known for its shopping, dining, and proximity to outstanding beaches.
