Using homebuying data, we gathered together the best-selling Southeast Florida communities in 2019. It looks like condos are the most popular properties to buy, likely for their affordability and easy access to amenities and attractions. Let’s take a look at what else made the list.
1. Century Village East – Deerfield Beach, FL
Below $100k – Mid $200s
Homes for sale in Broward County don’t get more exciting and affordable than the condos available at Century Village East, which explains why it’s the top seller of 2019. This 55+ community has a number of mid-rise condo buildings with two to four floors, elevators, and security.

Community transit is available for people with errands to run or appointments to keep, and there’s an active social calendar that includes events like painting classes, day trips, and movie nights. 2. Wynmoor Village – Coconut Creek, FL

Condos at Wynmoor Village, a 55+ community in Coconut Creek, are selling fast, and it’s likely due to the Wynmoor Golf Club, which provides residents with a seasonal membership opportunity or the ability to pay as they play. Here, buyers will find resale condos in one- and two-story buildings throughout a well-maintained neighborhood.
