    Beach Park is a small village in the northeastern corner of Illinois, just south of the Wisconsin border. Its climate is characterized by warm summers and cold winters, often experiencing freezing temperatures. Beach Park also experiences more snow than the national average.

    The majority of Illinois, including Beach Park, is defined by plain fields and farmland. Located along Lake Michigan, this town is home to many small bodies of water and beaches on the coast.

    Beach Park is known for having plenty of outdoor recreation, starting off with its most popular site, the Illinois Beach State Park. Residents will find plenty of opportunities for recreation such as hiking, biking, camping, and more. Beach Park is also in proximity to the world-class amusement park called Six Flags Great America. This park is home to some of the most famous roller coasters and attractions, and hosts annual events.
