Some homes also include upgrades such as an open floor plan, double lanai, and an oversized shower.

The single-family homes are offered in three distinct neighborhoods and range from 1,533 to 3,093 square feet. These homes have two to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Certain homes include an open floor plan, tile flooring, breakfast bar, and private porch. Upgrades such as a private pool, gourmet kitchen, and updated appliances are also available in some homes.
