The Pavilion even includes a large auditorium with a stage for events and special occasions. There is also a billiards room, arts and crafts studio, catering kitchen, ceramics studio, on-site travel agency, and golf pro shop.
A favorite amenity in Seven Lakes is the 18-hole executive golf course and putting green and chipping area that is free for residents. Homeowners enjoy a surplus of outdoor amenities to maintain their active lifestyles. With six Har-Tru tennis courts residents can take part in tournaments or practice their game with a lesson. Additionally, there are six heated pools scattered throughout the community with a tiki bar near the main pool by the clubhouse. Residents can also have fun at the nine shuffleboard courts or two bocce ball courts that are sure to keep active adults physically and socially engaged. They can also enjoy use of the barbecue and grills areas near the Pavilion.
After busy days of playing golf or attending classes in the Seven Lakes University, residents who work up an appetite can enjoy dinners with their friends at Seven Lakes cozy on-site restaurant, the Tee Room.

Built between 1970 and 1989, Seven Lakes is one of the first 55+ age-restricted communities in Southwest Florida. Seven Lakes is situated on 180 acres of beautiful Florida land. Here you will find 1,096 condos and attached villas that overlook a widespread golf course.
The condos at Seven Lakes offer a variety of floor plans that range from 700 square feet to 1,600 square feet with one or two bedrooms and one to two bathrooms. Condo buildings are three to five floors with elevator access and each unit has storage space.
In addition to condos, there are ten different attached villa floor plans in Seven Lakes. These charming villas range from 1,175 to 1,600 square feet and offer at least two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached one-car garage.
At Seven Lakes, all amenities are provided for residents when they pay a low monthly association fee that is prorated based on home size. Seven Lakes Association fees include water, sewer, cable TV, trash pickup, lawn and building maintenance, and private bus services.
Seven Lakes Lifestyle
Seven Lakes keeps a full-time recreation director who plans events and classes for residents. In the auditorium, residents put on plays or attend dances and parties. They can also enjoy a relaxing day or evening by the clubhouse pool and grill and attend ongoing card and board games scheduled daily. Sport clubs enjoy meeting regularly to play horseshoes, tennis, golf, and pickleball.

Seven Lakes is a welcome retreat when it's 10 degrees in Indiana! We wanted a small, inexpensive place to spend a few months away and this place has been perfect. We usually come down in Nov & Dec, go back to Indiana for Christmas with family and then come back for Jan, Feb, Mch. All the sunshine has really made a difference in our lives! We look forward to spending the time in Fort Myers!
We have lived at Seven Lakes for ten years as "Snow Birds." The location is ideal for just about anything we want and do. The beach is an easy twenty minutes away. Very affordable! Excellent security. The grounds are kept well manicured year round. The residents and renters are as friendly as you want them to be. We have looked at many places in the Fort Myers area and this is the most "bang for the buck."
