There are two single family home models in The Isles that are 2,003 square feet and 2,516 square feet. They are ranch style with two-car attached garages.
The Isles also offers Carriage homes that are built as two-story buildings with stacked single level living on either the first or second floor, with one or two-car garages. There are four models of carriage homes that range in size from 1,554 to 2,045 square feet.
The Isles also offers two models of attached duplexes including the 1,858 square foot, two-story Dublon model or the 1,542 square foot, single level Carrington model. These models include two-car attached garages, three bedrooms and two or three baths.
