Victoria Gardens by Shea Homes is a gated, active adult community 30 miles north of Orlando in the historic college town of DeLand, Florida. Construction of Victoria Gardens started in 2001 by The St. Joe Company who built approximately 360 homes. In 2007 the community was acquired by Shea Homes who will complete construction of the 1,070 planned homes in Victoria Gardens.

At completion, Victoria Gardens is scheduled to feature a total of 1,070 homes. Shea offers 14 magnificent single family home and two attached villa models in Victoria Gardens. The homes are divided into four different groups that include the Garden, Trellis, Vineyard and Vineyard Estate collections. Regardless of which collection or model residents choose, their homes will be built with eco friendly materials and have energy efficient systems while including features that enhance comfort. All houses showcase elegant architecture and many homesites are situated on tree-lined streets with reflection ponds and views of natural conservation areas.

The Garden Collection includes two attached villa models and two single family home models that range from 1,409 to 1,670 square feet.
