Park Place Pembroke Pines Reviews
- Renee F.|September 30, 2020I first bought a unit in 2009. The moment I first drove in the community I was impressed by the landscaping and the overall appeal of the surrounding golf course. My lobby's building the Arbor is beautiifully decorated and white glove spotless.
My unit overlooked the golf course, which brought e a delight to my senses.
There are community ammenities that abound, from a varitey of social groups, to include sewing, aerobics, swim, computer room and dance classes just to name a few.
The community shuttle is availble for local travel within the area for your shopping convience. The Office is open M-F for any questions or concerns.
- Alphonso F.|September 26, 2020The Grounds are beautiful and well kept. The walking path has been resurfaced and this is a welcome update to the community. The pool areas are being renovated and renewed.
There is a repurpose plan for 4 of the 6 tennis courts to include an outside seating and gathering area. The lobbies in all 6 buildings are being or have been remodeled.
The community has 24 hour guarded security .
The HOA monthly fee includes: Computer Room, Weight Room, Cable, Water, 24 hour security, building cleaning service, grounds maintenance and pool service.
Many of the residents have completely renovated their units to bring the decor into the current style.
And this community has the feel of a newer built community because of the attention to detail.
- Elizabeth L.|August 4, 2018Have been dealing with broken elevators since May 11th, 2018. Office staff will not let residents no what is going on or when repairs will be made. When one works the other doesn't.
