Coming in 2019, northwest of Tampa is Del Webb Bexley, a gated 55+ community that will host 850 single-family homes spread across 489 acres. This new active adult community will feature a multi-million-dollar clubhouse offering 17,000 square feet of spacious social and recreational areas as well as vast outdoor spaces. Del Webb Bexley will also have a full-time lifestyle director who will help plan and organize events and fun activities that allow residents to enjoy a vibrant social environment.

Fendol Farms – Durham, NC
Coming soon to the Raleigh-Durham area in North Carolina is Lennar’s first active adult community called Fendol Farms. This new 55+ community will consist of 1,200 single-family homes and offer resort-style amenities including a stunning clubhouse with plenty of indoor and outdoor social and recreational spaces. Residents will have access to a state-of-the-art fitness center, a bar and grill, multiple sports courts, and a sparkling swimming pool.

Builder William Lyon Homes plans to release models later this year with three new home collections that will range in size from approximately 1,463 to 2,499 square feet. All homes will be single-story and feature beautiful, low-maintenance designs situated along landscaped avenues.

A 7.5-acre recreation center will be the central hub of the community offering endless indoor and outdoor facilities.
