Mungo Homes Set to Open Sterling Bridge in South Carolina
A new community is coming to Central South Carolina called Sterling Bridge in Lexington, South Carolina. This new active lifestyle community is being built by Mungo Homes and will host just 33 single-family homes. Homes range in size from 1,709 to 2,680 square feet and will have two or three bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and attached two-car garages.
These single-family homes also feature open layouts, gourmet kitchens, and walk-in closets. Sterling Bridge will also host charming amenities such as a well-appointed clubhouse with multi-purpose rooms, an outdoor pool, and patio with lounge chairs. The community will also have plenty of parks and natural space along with a scenic pond.
Trilogy at Ocala Preserve To Host Home Buying Workshop
Shea Home’s active lifestyle community in Central Florida is hosting a “Move Happier” Home Buying Workshop on Saturday, September 30th from 10am to 12pm. Trilogy at Ocala Preserve will host a series of informational sessions for prospective homebuyers who are thinking about making their move into this active lifestyle community in the future.
The event will include a panel of presenters such as Shea Homes, professional designer Sarah Dunham, home staging professionals, Two Men and a Truck moving company, resale agent Stephanie Cathy, and HECM reverse mortgage funding. Interested buyers are encouraged to RSVP online.
Del Webb at Rancho Mirage Breaks Ground Outside Palm Springs
Del Webb broke ground on its newest 55+ community, Del Webb at Rancho Mirage, which is scheduled to open next year. This new age-restricted community will host about 1,028 homes and be located near the Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa in Rancho Mirage. Del Webb at Rancho Mirage will sit on the northeast corner of Dinah Shore Drive and Los Alamos Road, north of the Westin Mission Hills.
Del Webb will offer homebuyers seven floor plans featuring Spanish- and Tuscan-style designs. All homes will be detached residences and range in size from 1,438 to 2,504 square feet and have two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and attached two or three-car garages. Although final pricing has yet to be determined, Del Webb representatives plan to start pre-model sales in early 2018 and models should be available by spring.
Vineyards at Blue Point Close to Selling Out
Retirees looking to buy in Long Island’s Vineyards at Blue Point will have limited options available. Phase three of the active adult community is 95% sold out with the Sonoma model the last model left in this phase. The Sonoma floor plan offers 1,928 square feet of living space and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, basement, deck, and an attached one-car garage. It features single-level living, open layouts, abundant closet space, designer kitchens, nine-foot ceilings on the first floor, separate laundry rooms, and carpeting in living areas.
The Sonoma also features distinct exteriors like traditional custom architecture, low-maintenance vinyl siding, aluminum seamless gutters and leaders, private asphalt driveways and concrete walkways, energy-efficient construction, and professionally landscaped and maintained front and rear yards.
