Sun City – Sun City, AZ
With over 27,000 homes and a dizzying array of amenities, Sun City continues to be a popular draw for active adult retirees. Billed as the country’s first active adult community, Sun City was developed by Del Webb between 1960 and 1978. Today, it boasts countless amenities, including 11 golf courses, 19 shopping areas, varied recreation centers, a performing arts theater, the Sun Bowl Amphitheatre, Boswell Hospital, swimming pools, sports courts and much more.

Sun City West – Sun City West, AZ
Developed between 1978 and 1997, Sun City West is a somewhat newer and smaller Del Webb community located just 2.5 miles from the original Sun City. Sun City West features 16,900 homes, including both single-family and attached designs. It also provides a wide range of community amenities, including four spacious recreation centers, nine golf courses, nine restaurants, shopping areas, outdoor recreation, and Del E. Webb Hospital.
Sun City Grand – Surprise, AZ
Sun City Grand, built between 1996 and 2005, offers 9,802 beautiful homes in Phoenix’s northwest valley. Five community centers offer resort-style amenities, such as state-of-the-art fitness centers, hobby and game rooms, arts and crafts studios, meeting rooms, ballrooms, swimming pools, and outdoor recreation. Sun City Grand also features four championship golf courses.
Sun City Festival – Buckeye, AZ
With plans for approximately 7,200 homes, Sun City Festival offers a beautiful retreat at the base of the White Tank Mountains. Opened in 2006, the community is still being developed, giving homebuyers the choice of available resale or new construction single-family homes. Impressive amenities begin at the 31,000-square-foot Sage Recreation Center and continue with a separate Wood Shop and Craft Studio, as well as the 18-hole Copper Canyon Golf Course.
Sun Lakes – Sun Lakes, AZ
Built between 1972 and 2006, by Robson Communities, Sun Lakes features beautiful grounds, resort-style amenities and 6,683 homes in a wide range of styles and sizes. PebbleCreek – Goodyear, AZ
Currently offering both resale and new construction homes, PebbleCreek is a fabulous Robson Communities development which has plans for approximately 6,200 homes. Robson Ranch – Eloy, AZ

Westbrook Village – Peoria, AZ
Set in Peoria near 101 Loop, Westbrook Village offers easy access to attractions throughout the Phoenix Valley. This well-established community was built between 1982 and 1993 with 3,910 homes in a wide range of styles. Amenities throughout the community include multiple recreation centers, outdoor sports courts, swimming pools, and an 18-hole golf course.
Sunland Springs Village – Mesa, AZ
Sunland Springs Village opened in 1997 and is still under development, offering homebuyers a choice of available resale or new construction homes. Upon completion, the community will have approximately 2,890 homes in both attached and single-family designs.
