Developed between 1978 and 1997, Sun City West is a somewhat newer and smaller Del Webb community located just 2.5 miles from the original Sun City. It also provides a wide range of community amenities, including four spacious recreation centers, nine golf courses, nine restaurants, shopping areas, outdoor recreations, and Del E. Webb Hospital.

Sun City Grand - Surprise, AZ

Sun City Grand, built between 1996 and 2005, offers 9,802 beautiful homes in Phoenix's northwest valley.
