Outdoors, residents will also find a resort-style pool, four tennis courts, horseshoe pits, putting green, walking and biking trails, and a scenic 15-acre lake.

Heritage Pines

Heritage Pines is another age-restricted community located in Cary with a combination of 298 single-family and attached homes.

Heritage Pines’ homes range in size from 1,370 to 2,600 square feet and come in a variety of floor plans and designs.

Built by Epcon Communities in 2015, The Courtyards series gives potential homebuyers three different floor plans to choose that range from approximately 1,519 to 2,769 square feet of living space and can have up to three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a two-and-a-half-car garage. While most plans are designed to feature single-level living, an option for a second level is available.

The Courtyards at Kildaire Farms

As ones of the newest communities in the area, The Courtyards at Kildaire Farms is a great option for active adults looking for a small, close-knit community in the Cary area.

The age-restricted community will feature only 50 new, single-family homes upon completion.  There are six different floor plans for potential residents to choose from giving homeowners several options to choose from when it comes to the look and feel of their dream home.
