When members of the community are looking for a change of scenery they can take advantage of the community's walking trails and fishing pier.

Pulte Homes began construction of Corkscrew Shores in 2016 and plans to build 640 single-family homes total. New construction and move-in ready homes range from 1,372 to more than 3,348 square feet, with two to six bedrooms, two to five-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two or three-car garage. 

The Summerwood floor plans start at 1,861 square feet and this model can have two to five bedrooms, with flex space for a den or office. There are two to four bathrooms and an attached two or three-car garage. 

With 1,968 square feet, the Martin Ray has two or three bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen with a large pantry, and two bathrooms. This plan includes an attached two-car garage and flex space as well as a formal dining room. The Pinnacle is 2,488 square and has three or four bedrooms, three or four bathrooms, and an attached three-car garage. The Tangerly Oak is an expansive model starting at 2,589 square feet, with two to four bedrooms and between two and three bathrooms. There is also an attached three-car garage. 

The Clubview model has 3,078 square feet, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms. This model is also home to an attached three-car garage, an open floor plan, and two walk-in closets in the master suite.

The Stonewater model is 2,852 square feet. There are three or four bedrooms, three to four-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached three-car garage. The Weatherford has 3,348 square feet four to six and three to five bathrooms. This model features an attached three-car garage. 

Common features in the single-family homes include walk-in closets, lanais, and covered porches. 

Surrounding Area 

Corkscrew Shores is located in Estero, putting residents right between Naples and Fort Myers, and in easy reach of daily needs and fun opportunities. The community is close to beaches as well as grocery stores such as Publix and Whole Foods. Retailers are also within minutes of the community, and malls like Gulf Coast Town Center, Coconut Point, and Miromar Outlets are within easy driving distance.

Corkscrew Shores is also close to multiple health care providers, including Estero Medical Center and NCH Bonita Emergency Room.  

When homeowners are looking for entertainment or dining options in the area they can find great restaurants at Coconut Point. There are also bars, shops, and nightlife along the Tamiami Trail. Local attractions include Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach. The spring training baseball stadiums used by the Boston Red Sox and the Minnesota Twins are nearby. 

Homeowners who want to get outside will find plenty of options to explore in the area. There are multiple greenspaces and parks to choose from, including Lovers Key State Park, Koreshan State Park, and Estero Bay Aquatic Preserve. Golfers will also find multiple courses to tee off at like Stoneybrook Golf Club, Wildcat Run Golf & Country Club, and The Villages at Country Creek. 

Residents who want to visit metropolitan areas are in luck. Corkscrew Shores is about half an hour from Naples and about 15 minutes from Fort Myers. For longer trips, Southwest Florida International Airport is less than half an hour away.
