Curtis was fantastic in helping my roommates and I find a rental property. He worked with our tight budget and constraints very well. We had a few hiccups along the way where our budget had to decrease and other last minute problems like roommate changes, but Curtis was always ready to help and be on top of finding new places that would work for us without a complaint. It didn’t feel like he was pushing one property or another for the commission; always felt like he was for our best interests when looking at properties.
