About Debra Bateman

Debra Bateman is an active agent representing buyers and sellers on a day-to-day basis and considers education - for both clients and other real estate agents - an important part of her role as a successful REALTOR®. Her desire for meeting new people and her knowledge of buying and selling homes of her own ignited her interest in real estate. In addition to her desires, she is dedicated by nature and wants to ensure her clients have a great experience buying or selling their homes, which can be exciting and sometimes emotional. She has the passion and experience to help deliver results to her clients as seamlessly as possible and continues to be a resource even after the sale. Her experience includes: Retirement communities, condos, investment ,properties such as multi-units, waterfront homes or seasonal homes. Also has experience in commercial leasing, buying and selling. She has also worked with a property management company assisting with leasing residential properties. Her prior professional experience was working for a Fortune 500 Insurance Carrier, while also starting her career in Real Estate on a part-time basis. She has also worked with a property management company assisting with leasing residential properties. Other experiences include; seasonal rentals, leasing commercial space, and assisting clients who are interested in investment properties. These properties may be multi-unit or seasonal rentals on or near the water. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, boating, spending time near water, home improvements, and spending time with family and friends. She considers herself lucky to live here in Maine, a place where many people vacation and also buy second homes.
