Jana Adams, CSA®, is a real estate agent and broker with 26 years of experience, as well as a Certified Senior Advisor, Probate and Trust Specialist, caregiver advocate, and nonprofit leader supporting aging adults and their families. Her work centers on intentional communication, proactive planning, and helping seniors retain dignity, purpose, and autonomy throughout the aging process. Professionally and personally, Jana has navigated senior transitions within her own family, supporting her parents’ relocation out of state, managing medical decline, and coordinating decision making across eight siblings, which informs her practical, ethical, and deeply human approach to aging conversations.
