Sue is an excellent realtor. She will go the extra mile for you as well as being very personable and easy to relate to. We were impressed with how efficient and knowledgeable she is. If we could give her more than 5 stars we would!

I knew that getting into house hunting during this time was going to be difficult and fast paced but Sue and Bill made it so much less stressful and were such a pleasure to work with.
They listened and helped us figure out what we wanted and needed in a home even if it meant looking at multiple places. Even with homes being bought the day they went on the market, she guided me to trust my gut and take my time when it came to deciding whether to pass or make an offer.
As a first time home buyer, I didn't know much about the buying process but they helped explain everything and gave great advice.When it came to making an offer and negotiating, she fought for us and tried to get as much as we could from the deal.
And to top it off, they payed for a cleaning service to come to the new house and clean it top to bottom. They also had a trailer that we used for moving.
Sue and Bill did a wonderful job and we were extremely happy working with them!!

We can’t say enough good things about Sue. She is very knowledgeable of the local real estate market and although we were interested in 55+ communities she did show us a few other options so we had comparisons in order to make an informed decision. She was very patient and her & Bill were wonderful to work with.
We elected to build a new home and wow, we never could have gotten through the building process without Sue. We were moving from out of town and she was with us every step of the way! This was the third house we have built and this build process did not go well. Sue was there to constantly check on the house, provide updates to us, and communicated with the builder on numerous delays.
Even after we finally moved in Sue & Bill are staying in contact with us, checking on items that need to be finished or corrected. They truly showed the value of working with a realtor. They are tireless workers for their clients and would highly recommend them.
