Built by DiVosta, VeronaWalk has been designed to fit 1,964 single-family and attached homes. At the heart of the community, the Town Center will house all the amenities typically found in active adult clubhouses.

To get the latest in upscale features and choose their own customizations, many active adults have their hearts set on buying a new construction. This can be a bit of a challenge in popular Florida locations where established communities only offer resale homes. Fortunately, construction has not ended in the Sunshine State, and new active adult communities still offer a variety of new home options.
