Other well-appointed amenities include saunas, an aerobics room, arts and crafts studio, library, billiards, game room, card room, poker room, and computer room. The large ballroom and theater includes a stage and dance floor, making it a versatile location for many different community events and parties.
Outdoors, the partially covered and heated swimming pool and spa area have a unique design, which accommodates both sunbathers on the outdoor patio and those who prefer to swim in the shade. Residents of Avalon Estates can also enjoy many other outdoor recreations. The community's sports amenities features six lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, three shuffleboard courts, two bocce ball courts, a half-court basketball and two pickleball courts. A lighted gazebo, large barbeque and picnic area, as well as a playground for grandkids are available for residents to use. A walking and biking trail surrounds the community, making it easy for active adults to bike, jog, or stroll around the beautiful neighborhood.

Northstar Homes Royal Series homes are a bit larger and range in size from 2,410 to 2,730. Both series are available on prime lots with beautiful lake views. However, Regal Series homes by Engle Homes are zero lot line homes, while the Royal Series homes by Northstar Homes are set on full lots.

Boynton Beach is set within Central Palm Beach County and is only a short drive from the beach and other local attractions. We wanted a larger home with plenty of bedrooms for our kids and grandkids to visit. It was hard to find a community offering larger homes in our price range that also had all the really nice amenities. Avalon fit our needs perfectly and we are very happy here. The clubhouse is lovely, we use the pool at least once a week and I just love the tennis courts.
