Mid $100s – High $400s
Florida homes sell the fastest at Highland Lakes on Lake Tarpon, a 55+ community with great amenities and a much sought-after location. Palm Harbor is close to the water, and it’s easy to reach cities like Clearwater, St. Petersburg, and Tampa.
Amenities include a clubhouse with a fitness center, an arts & crafts center, and a large resort-style pool. The Lake Tarpon Lodge hosts special events, club meetings, and community activities. Residents can also relax and learn more about the area on the community’s two pontoon touring boats or enjoying dinner at a waterfront restaurant. This is one of the most active adult-friendly regions of Florida.
