Twin Oaks Overview
Twin Oaks is an up-and-coming 55+ community in Hollister, California less than 30 miles from the scenic Monterey Bay region, and approximately 50 miles from San Jose. This gated active adult community broke ground in 2019 in a desirable location near the Diablo and Gabilan coastal mountain ranges and among the orchards of the San Benito Valley. With a brand-new clubhouse, resort-style swimming pool, and luxury one-level homes, Twin Oaks will be an exclusive community for active adults looking for new homes for sale in Hollister, California.
Twin Oaks Amenities & Lifestyle
Residents of Twin Oaks will have access to the Twin Oaks Club, a clubhouse that will feature a spacious fitness room, movement studio, demonstration kitchen, and plenty of gathering space. The clubhouse also plans to include a dog wash station.
At the professionally managed clubhouse, the community will host a variety of different events, activities, and meetings, such as bocce and pickleball. Many of the events will promote social interaction, wellness, and personal growth.
Outside, residents will enjoy a resort-style swimming pool and covered patio. Bocce ball and pickleball courts will invite friendly competition between neighbors. The community will also include sidewalks and walking paths surrounded by contemporary drought-tolerant landscaping.
Residents will also appreciate living within a scenic and well-preserved landscape, as the community is being built at the former Annotti Ranch. Joseph Annotti, who came to Hollister in 1936, forged an empire on canning and packing local produce and purchased the property in 1950. Naming it Fairview Farms, Annotti and his wife planted oak trees all over the property, and the two that remain inspired the name of this active adult community: Twin Oaks.
