Breckenridge is a gated, amenity-rich community located in Estero, Florida, that features a mixture of single-family, attached, and condo homes. There are six neighborhoods with attached homes: Villages on Lake Augusta, Villages on Court Side, Greenwood Village, Village on Lake Geneva, Village on Crystal Lake, and Village on Crescent Lake. These attached homes range from 967 to 2,376 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and a one-car garage.

The Preserve and Wellington enclaves feature condos ranging from 873 to 1,453 square feet with two bedrooms plus dens, two bathrooms, and either a one-car garage or carport parking.
