Former builders like Fidelity Homes, U.S. Homes, and Lennar Homes offered single-family and attached homes that are available on a resale-only basis. Resale attached homes offer 1,616 to 1,865 square feet of living space with two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. Resale single-family homes offer 1,559 to 1,866 square feet of living space with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Homes are designed with Spanish or Mediterranean styles and feature lush landscaping and natural walkways with paved brick drives.

D.R. Horton offers resale twin villas and single-family homes. The twin villas are attached residences and offer 1,342 square feet of living space with two bedrooms, a den, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Single-family homes offer 1,554 to 2,431 square feet of living space with three or four bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two or three-car garage. These new construction homes feature custom-designed cabinets, ceramic tile flooring, spacious master suites, walk-in closets, designer lighting fixtures, and energy-efficient construction. Many homes in the community have beautiful waterfront or lake views that homeowners are sure to enjoy.
