The Wekiva model will range from 1,716 to 1,870 square feet depending on customizations. This floorplan will have three to four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Options will include expansive covered patios, dual sinks in the master bathroom, and an expanded garage.
The Tomoka model will start at 1,851 square feet of living area and will include three bedrooms and two bathrooms. These floor plans will also feature a standard two-car garage, but buyers will be able to choose an expanded garage with room for a third car. Like the Wekiva, options will include covered patios and walk-in closets in the master suite.
The Suwannee floor plan, a two-story model, starts at 2,309 square feet. These homes will feature four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a standard two-car garage. Homebuyers will be able to customize the layout of the master bathroom and the size of the covered patio.
The most expansive model will be the two-story Myakka. This floor plan will start at 2,670 square feet with four to five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a standard two-car garage. Like the other plans, options will include an expanded garage and patio. Homebuyers will be able to choose the layout of the master bathroom, and the upstairs loft space can be used as a theater.
Wiggins Reserve will be located in St. Cloud, putting residents in easy reach of daily needs and fun opportunities.
Residents of Wiggins Reserve will be close to any conveniences they may need, including Publix, ALDI, Save A Lot, Walmart, Winn-Dixie, and Target. Pharmacy needs will be met at CVS, Walgreens, or Publix Pharmacy as well as several local drugstores.
