Features in all homes include washers and dryers, stainless steel appliances, oversized kitchen sinks, and double vanities in the primary bathroom. Residents can expect quartz counters and tile backsplashes as well as engineered hardwood flooring. Some apartment homes have oversized balconies or patios, custom closets, and in-wall ovens and microwaves.

Four one-bedroom, one-bathroom floor plans are available. The Opal offers 675 square feet with an open layout and an oversized bathroom. The Ruby has 708 square feet and a kitchen island with space for seating. The Jade is an 821-square-foot model with French doors leading to the balcony. The Onyx has 921 square feet, and there’s a bit of flex space, which can be used as an office or a den.

Nine two-bedroom and two-bathroom rental home floor plans are offered. The Pearl has 1,085 square feet, and The Garnet has 1,151 square feet. Both offer walk-in showers in the primary bathroom and bathtubs in the second bathroom. The Turquoise has 1,126 square feet and a balcony that’s long enough to provide a view from both bedrooms. The Amber has between 1,212 and 1,228 square feet, with oversized walk-in closets in both bedrooms. The Aquamarine has 1,250 square feet and a kitchen island with seating as well as a space for dining. The Sapphire offers 1,560 square feet and a large, formal entryway. There is a flex space in addition to the two bedrooms. The Emerald also has a flex space and 1,674 square feet. A large balcony is available with The Amethyst, and the floor plan is 1,707 square feet. There’s also a breakfast bar and a dedicated dining area in this floor plan. The Topaz has 1,749 square feet, an expansive balcony, and an open floor plan with a large living room and dining area.

Two townhome models are available at Amorance. The Platinum has 1,481 square feet, two bedrooms, and two-and-a-half bathrooms. On two stories, the living area and half-bath are downstairs while the bedrooms and full baths are upstairs. The Palladium has 2,323 square feet, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. One bedroom is downstairs with the living area, and upstairs is a bedroom as well as a den and a loft that overlooks the lower level.
