Gracie has made real estate her career since 1979. Her passion is as vibrant today as it was over 35 years ago. She loves connecting with people, is enthusiastic, easy to work with and is the consummate problem solver. Gracie’s sincere devotion is evident with each and every client. Over the years, Gracie’s commitment has been to be the best in her field. She is a Real Estate Broker who continually seeks to keep abreast of the changing real estate market.

Gracie has earned a number of professional designations, including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a prestigious designation held by fewer than 3% of Realtors nationwide. Early in her career, she earned the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. Most recently she earned the newest designation created by the National Association of Realtors: Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist (SFR). In 2010, Gracie obtained the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation (SRES). In addition, in April 2010 Gracie became a Certified HAFA Specialist, a "Making Homes Affordable" Initiative. With this training, Gracie is able to provide the latest information to distressed homeowners who need to know their options. By broadening her education she knows she can better serve the needs of her clients.

Gracie specializes in the 55+ market and lifestyle communities in the Coachella Valley, including Palm Springs, Palm Desert, and Indio, California.
