Nancy Folchi is a native Cincinnatian with more than 35 years of business experience in various segments of real estate, including new construction. With her experience as an investor, buyer, and seller, she knows the importance of understanding a client's needs. Nancy is involved in the communities she serves, including as an active member of Good Shepherd Parish and a volunteer with Coldwell Banker's Blue Gives Back and other local charities. Nancy knows Cincinnati and its surrounding areas. She and her husband, Mike Folchi, have two grown daughters, Natalie and Nina. Nancy enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, decorating, and staging her clients' homes. She loves animals and has recently taken up golf.
