Set within Arizona’s spectacular Sonoran Desert, Continental Ranch Sunflower in Marana, AZ is a 55+ community that welcomes active adult residents with towering palm trees, distinctive desert landscaping, and impressive Spanish Colonial architecture. This completed Del Webb community contains 967 single-family homes, as well as a spacious clubhouse and a wide range of amenities.

Continental Ranch Sunflower is an age-restricted neighborhood located within the larger Continental Ranch master-planned community. It was built by Del Webb between 1998 and 2002. With less than 1,000 homes, the Sunflower community is smaller than some other Del Webb developments. Yet, this comfortable size appeals to many homeowners who want to enjoy an active lifestyle in the Tucson area. 

Amenities

Continental Ranch Sunflower boasts its own age-restricted clubhouse and fitness complex. This spacious amenity center provides residents with a wide range of activities.
