There is a limited number of attached homes, which range from 2,175 to 2,414 square feet, with two or three bedrooms and bathrooms, and attached one-car garages. Bald Eagle Commons’ clubhouse has a busy exercise room, a media center, several activity rooms, and an outdoor pool and spa.
