If you’re an active adult looking for a brand new home, modern amenities, and a chance to make friends and build a community’s lifestyle, a new community is probably your ideal fit.
For this year, we looked at all communities across the country where residents have recently moved in or plan on moving in by the end of 2019. We looked at the amount and diversity of amenities, lifestyle options, the variety of home styles, and homes sold so far. We then whittled down the list to the 10 best performing new communities, including communities in traditional retirement states like Florida as well as emerging states like Nevada.
Take a look for yourself and discover the new homes available in these popular communities.
