The community has a private dock and boat slips as well as plenty of storage for RVs and boats. It’s an intimate place to live, with only 250 condo units and a lot of social activities and clubs available to residents.

Colonnades at Fort Pierce is on Hutchinson Island and close to its seafood restaurants, shops, and barrier island beaches. There’s lots of wildlife to see and enjoy as well, with nesting sea turtles and passing whales and manatees. Units with a price tag lower than $150,000 offer between 564 and 1,300 square feet and include assigned parking.
