This Treasure Coast neighborhood doesn’t have age restrictions, but active adults enjoy its lifestyle and amenities. Single-family homes and condos are available on a resale basis in a wide range of prices. Buyers can choose a two- or three-bedroom resale property with between 1,400 and 2,000 square feet.
The Meadowood Golf and Tennis Club provides opportunities for social activities and golf. There’s an 18-hole course, five clay tennis courts, pools, a pro shop, a driving range, and a fitness center. There’s a fee to join, but residents pay less than they’d pay at other local golf clubs.

Also, homeowners enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle thanks to a homeowners’ association (HOA) that takes care of cable, common area maintenance, laundry facilities, lawn care, exterior maintenance, pest control, trash removal, and water.
Constructed between 1967 and 1972, Cedar Pointe Villages has 480 condos spread across several buildings. The homes range from 619 to 1,138 square feet with one to two bedrooms, one to two bathrooms, and ample carport parking. Many of the homes also feature breakfast nooks and spacious living rooms.
