Kensington Estates is a new 55+ community under construction in Woodbury, New York. Triangle Equities began construction of Kensington Estates in 2019 and plans to build 80 boutique condo units total. Each model is unique and leaves room for custom design elements that personalize the space for each buyer.

The Churchill is a two-bedroom townhome with two bathrooms and approximately 1,569 square feet. It includes a one-car garage and a basement. There’s an outdoor patio which can be extended in size. The Saratoga also has two bedrooms and two bathrooms but is a little larger with 1,665 square feet. A large balcony opens off the spacious master bedroom, which also features a huge walk-in closet and a bathroom with double sinks.

The Chesapeake is a larger flat with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. With 1,989 square feet, there’s a large laundry room, a garden tub in the master bathroom, and the option to have an elevator from the basement to the living area.  

Buyers looking for three-bedroom townhomes on multiple floors have two models to choose from. The Ascot has 2,590 square feet and three-and-a-half bathrooms. There’s a two-car garage, a basement, and additional features like vaulted ceilings and a two-story foyer. The Derby is slightly larger, at 2,662 feet, and comes with more outdoor space and a loft area. Both Ascot and Derby models have the option to add elevators.

Kensington Estates is located in the hamlet of Woodbury, New York, part of the desirable Oyster Bay community in Long Island. Residents enjoy a private and intimate neighborhood surrounded by trees and water, but it’s close to everything they need like grocery stores, banks, and retailer centers.  

Just outside of the community, the town of Woodbury has parks, a golf course, several great restaurants, and plenty of shopping. There are a couple of movie theaters in Huntington, an adjoining town in Oyster Bay.

Kensington Estates residents have plenty of opportunities for local outdoor fun. It’s just minutes to Trail View State Park, and Oheka Castle is close to the community, in Huntington. The Town of Oyster Bay Golf Course is fun for golfers, and Stillwell Wood Park is a natural green place for hikes, bike rides, and even horseback riding. Cold Spring Harbor is a neighboring town with a lot of history as a whaling village.
