Cielo is located in Hurricane, a city in Washington County in southwestern Utah, roughly 15 miles east of St. George. Washington County is one of Utah's fastest-growing regions, and Hurricane sits near the center of a landscape defined by red rock canyon country, year-round sunshine and an extraordinary concentration of outdoor recreation.

For everyday shopping and dining, Hurricane has a growing commercial corridor along State Route 9 and SR-17 with grocery access, pharmacy and casual dining options. St. George, about 15 miles west, provides a full range of big-box retail, specialty dining, entertainment and services including Costco, Target and a wide variety of national and local restaurants.

Dixie Regional Medical Center, part of Intermountain Health, is the region's primary full-service hospital and is located in St. George, roughly 20 minutes from the community, with additional urgent care and outpatient facilities available throughout Washington County.
