It's almost hard to think of Cathy as a real estate agent. When my Mom and I met her and got to know her, she felt like an instant friend. She clearly knows her business, she knows the areas and she understands people and what they need to be happy in life. And people remember her! Aa an example, we walked into several senior housing developments and in each one, it seemed like everyone knew her and said hello. She's just one of those rare finds. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a new home in a 55 and up surrounding.

Cathy was excellent at helping me navigate the options of 55+ communities in Northern VA. She was able to answer all questions which made my buying decision easier. When I was overwhelmed with choices she was reassuring and helped to narrow down what was really important to me.
